Gold navel barbells are made completely in 18ct yellow gold. They are available in standard lengths of 6mm, 8mm, 10mm and 12mm. We will be pleased to supply other lengths as needed on a special order basis. All the bars are made with 1.6mm wire, with the thread enclosed in the beads. The jewels are laser hallmarked at the back of the main bead.
